Question: I got the r4 and with the pack there was no cd. I found the kernel files from internet but when i install it does not work. The r4 menu does not come up but the Nintendo crashes. Can you advice?
Answer: Great to tell u that to play with this R4i card, you have to download kenel from the link of our site:

in this case,would you like to have a try? First, After you download the kenel,please uninstall the kenel. Then,please open the folder, and copy all of the files into the micro sd card,(notice:please don’t put the whole folder into the micro sd card, or the kenel would be useless,)then put English game into the micro sd card,and put the micro sd card in to the r4 card.
Then you could play game with the r4 card.
You know other customers also met this probelm just because they have not download the kenel. After they done that,it can work well.
Please have a try and tell me the outcomes.
Remark: Must Format the Micro SD Card before working.
